MEDTEC Europe tags itself “the home of the European medical device manufacturing industry” with its annual conference and exhibition being held next week in Stuttgart.
MEDTEC Europe has taken place annually since 2002 and has become the must-attend event for everybody involved in the supply-chain of medical device manufacturing.
According to latest statistics from industry body Eucomed, the European Medtech industry generates revenue of over €95 billion of which € 7.5 billion trace back to investments in research and development projects.
Medtec Europe expects to see over 1000 exhibiting companies and 13,500 attendees next week, making it by far the largest exhibition of its kind, providing a 360-degree overview on the products and technologies needed for the state-of-the-art and the next-generation medical devices.
The MEDTEC Europe event also features what it calls its Conference and Innovation Forum, which supplements the exhibition and is designed for professionals looking to broaden their knowledge of both practical and regulatory issues.
