The Press-Fit Total Hip system incorporates a dual taper design which has a long, proven clinical history with great implant success rates. Cardo Medical’s innovations will include instrument enhancements which are designed to significantly improve upon existing offerings. The Press-Fit Total Hip system has already completed a number of successful surgeries with great feedback from surgeon thought leaders on the implant design and instrument innovations. The initial regional release will follow with a rolling commercial release to an expanded surgeon network over the first half of this year. As a complement to the Press-Fit Total Hip system, Cardo Medical is also preparing to release its Bipolar Hip system within the next month.
