This week we talk about innovation… and come to the conclusion it’s a word loaded with so much potential for misinterpretation that we’d be better off sitting round the dinner table and asking medical professionals for their WIBGI list. Then when we’ve agreed what it would be good to have, out comes the napkin… for some serious scribbling until an hour later we’ve got the answer.
