With a touch screen in the sterile field, ExactechGPS puts real-time visual guidance and alignment data at the surgeon’s fingertips. Customized for surgeon preferences, the company says its ExactechGPS is a powerful addition to the surgical team in addressing their goals of efficacy, efficiency and economics. A surgical skills area will allow clinicians to see live demonstrations of ExactechGPS and to gain hands-on experience with this advanced surgical technology and the Optetrak Logic® knee system.

Exactech is also introducing Optetrak Logic Porous PS, which offers a textured, CoCr coating option with claimed increased average pore size and greater porosity than traditional spherical beads.

Hip: The Exactech Hip portfolio includes solutions for primary, fracture and revision hip reconstruction.

Shoulder: The company is boasting that after nine years of clinical use and 32 peer-reviewed studies it had it “Right from the Start.” The company will be showcasing its Equinoxe® Platform Shoulder System, which it is claiming is the fastest growing shoulder system in the industry. Exactech will also be using the event to introduce the Equinoxe® Cage Glenoid, designed to offer several benefits including minimized operating room time and enhanced fixation through interference fit of the plasma coated central cage.

Biologics: Products on show include Optecure® bone matrix and the flexibility of combining with saline, blood, autogenous bone marrow and autologous bone graft. Also Accelerate® Concentrating System: Designed for the safe and rapid preparation of autologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) from a small sample of blood at the patient’s point of care.
